Cowl neck tops really are fabulous classy tops that is really just hard to dress down. Really, cowl neck tops with sleeves or without sleeves are perfect almost any way you wear it. There is no way getting around it. When it comes to jewelry, I usually like to top off any cowl neck tops with either big statement jewelry, pearls or diamond stud earrings.
