Tights have come back and become the staple it bottom wear. With different cuts, styles and designs, it completely gives your look a new definition. I do not care what anyone says, I do not encourage tights with shorts. This looks seen on many should really be taken away. Tights are great with tunics, dresses, long tops/blouses, and trench coats.
