Stylist FAQ
Simply fill out the contact us form and choose the subject line 'Speak To The Stylist Directly,' and the stylist will receive and reply to each email herself. For all advertising opportunities, please use our contact us form with the subject line titled 'advertising.' The email will be directed to our advertising group. Simply go to the products page where all the products/services are listed. Click on the 'more for information' link if you would like more information on the product or just add the product to your shopping cart. Then click on the check out page on the top of the screen to see the list of products you wish to purchase and the form that needs to be filled out to make your purchase. The only form of payment accepted on this site is Paypal. After you place your order through paypal, you will be directed back to the site in which you will see your complete transaction. On the results page, you will see a complete style questionaire in which we ask you to fill out and attach two pictures of yourself. Your will then need to email it to myorder@pseriesstylist.com. You can go to our contact us page and download the form from either link and submit it to myorder@pseriesstylist.com. With the information you provided, looks will be created for you in the form of a lookbook. You will receive an email once this process is done with a private link and password to access your personal look. Yes, the packages/services that say looks will be included do mean that the looks that are picked by you will be delivered to your door. This service is only available for packages such as Fashion Starter: Style My Month, Fabulously Curious: Looks In Your Closet, Star Package #1: One Look Per Month For One Year and Star Package #2: Inspired Closet. No, completed looks DO NOT include shoes. To have shoes included, contact the stylist for a private quote. All items that are to be return, must NOT HAVE BEEN WORN and HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS ON THEM. If they do not fit this requirement, they cannot be returned. All returns/exchanges must be done (meaning postmarked) within 3-5 days of receiving the item. If it exceeds this timeframe, we will not be able to accept the returns. Please send all items with delivery confirmation or signature. If you chose not to do this, any items lost or stolen is not our responsibility. Yes it is. Contact us using our contact form and you will receive an answer within 24 hours. We appreciate all the thanks. At the end of the each service/product we will send out an email asking you what you like, what you would change and more. We will then love for you to submit your pictures of your new looks, before and after looks and more.
