The feather skirt or dress is a highly fun and flirty trend. For all who don’t believe it is a trend, just take my word for it. Feathers in the spring and summer is not something you will see anyone wearing but it is absolutely fabulous for fall looks. So will feathers still be hot for the fall 2010 fashion season? Yes. Understand this is something I would suggest adding to your closet. Not as a staple piece, but more so along the lines of a fashion piece that will come and go.
